Ever thought about trying Pole Fitness but was either intimidated or could not find a studio? Come check out our beginner pole classes and learn some basic spins and strength building exercises while improving flexibility, strength, core and having fun! No prior experience is necessary- we start with the basics and go from there!
Currently, we are meeting Thursdays at 4pm but we are always looking to start a new class so please call if you are interested!
