2001 Keystone Cabana Hybrid. Had a leak in roof that was neglected. Fixed that and then....Removed all cabinets, flooring etc. New plywood floor on entire frame. Not just patched around cabinets. New linoleum flooring. New walls in bathroom. New pex plumbing, re installed cabinets, fridge, toilet, hot water heater, furnace, etc... threw out both canvas ends due to tears and leaks. Have not bought new ones yet which is why it is cheap. they cost about $750 as a pair.
Sleeps 6 with canvas ends. Sleeps 3 now. I have used it three times for a total of 9 nights this year and kids loved it. Moving on to bigger unit now. ICE COLD AC.
I built a hard top/side for one bump out which will come with it. that adds two more for sleeping capacity for a total of 5.
If your interested in a cheap way to start camping this is it. Stay dry, restrooms inside, AC, refrigerator, plenty of storage.
Come check it out.
