Express fleet Service is hiring an office admin.
Duties include:
-Post A/P bills to Quickbooks
-Answer phone
-Prepare Repair Orders using industry specific software
-A/R calling
-Client scheduling
-Excel Spreadsheet
-Other office related tasks

Applicant must have good organizational skills, must be computer proficient. Basic accounting and Quickbooks experience is needed. This is job is in a busy shop enviornment and requires a great deal of multitasking and team coordination. Job is 5 days a week, 1-2 Saturday's per month. Email resume only.
