DialAmerica is seeking Customer Service Sales Representatives to join our growing team of professionals and work with one of our top clients. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling calls regarding our current customer's accounts as well as the quality of the call.

Additional responsibilities for the position include:

Continually maintain a working knowledge of our client's products, services and promotions
Maintain high quality standards while making recommendations according to customer's needs
Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Our ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will possess:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Computer proficiency in a Windows PC environment
Reliable and dependable work habits
Ability to multitask priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Energy and enthusiasm!
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
