We are a national Call Center and Answering Service with 9 locations operating 24/7. We handle incoming calls from many different companies throughout the nation. Our fast-growing company is in need of additional phone agents with a pleasant demeanor and commitment to customer service.

Job Description:

Respond to inbound telephone calls.
Provide customer service to callers -- answer questions, relay messages to clients.
Take orders for client products and services following scripts. Cross sells and up sells as requested.

Qualifications Needed:

Must be flexible to work all shifts- Holidays, weekends, evenings are required
Must have transportation- public transportation routes do not pass near the office (located in Greentree)
Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor on the phone
Strong customer service skills
Multi-tasking a must
Computer literate
Previous Call Center experience preferred
High school graduate (or GED)

Wages and Benefits:

Starting wages are $9.25 per hour with previous Call Center experience.
