Chip Cline here,my personal cell
I have been a professional carpet cleaner, self employed, for 20+ years. (Cline Services LLC d/b/a Charlotte Home Services. Here's the basics:
REMEMBER- NO TAX ON LABOR!
1. I offer ONLY truck-mounted, hot water extraction (steam cleaning). The ONLY method required by every carpet maker in the U.S. Period. If one method is the best, and required, WHY would a respectable cleaner offer a cheaper, inferior method?
2. Truck-mounted steam cleaning requires the most expensive equipment BY FAR, takes the longest to set up, takes the longest to perform (no quickie jobs here) and is by far the hardest physically on the operator. I CHOSE this method in 1993 because I wanted to offer the best, the required, the legitimate.
3. I had 3 years experience selling carpet in the mid-eighties with a large retailer. I know the ins and outs of carpet and rug manufacturing. I managed 2 retail furniture stores before that. I know upholstery, too.
4. I come to clean, NOT sell. Relax. I want my customers to feel comfortable when I'm in their home.
5.LIFE-LONG CHARLOTTE RESIDENT. Not some fly-by-night. My home address is on my website.
Powerful gasoline powered truckmounted machine
NO low priced scheme to get my foot in the door (69.00 whole house? Really?)
NO bait-and-switch methods.
NO deep scrub gimmick
NO "dry" method (would you wash your clothes that way?)
NO arm twisting selling
NO extra charge for normal walk-in closets
NO harsh chemicals
NO use of your electricity or hot water
NO extra charge for standard deodorizer
