We are seeking a great Facilities Coordinator for a Media firm in downtown, NYC.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervises the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Work with catering staff to ensure prompt delivery and clean up of catering
Work with building management for repairs and issues
Administer computer loaner laptop program
Works with HR and IT for new employee orientation and setup and employee badges.
Works directly with vendors and building
Assist with inventory / supplies control
Monitoring of ticketing system to ensure that requests are completed promptly
Internal moves and set up cubicles
Projects as directed by CEO and Managing Director
