- Experience with Quickbooks is a must.
- Spanish and or Chinese speaking is a plus.
- We are a digital office so document scanning and computer filing skills are required.
- Service to our clients is highly valued. Excellent phone and personal communication skills are critical.
- The ideal candidate will successfully organize and manage day-to-day operations and tasks of our office, as well as assist the Owner.
- Candidate needs to be comfortable in a team environment and be a quick learner.
Job Responsibilities are to include:
1. Handling of administrative functions including the handling of customer accounts.
2. Answers and responds to phone calls and customers' needs.
3. Receive and process customer orders and invoices on a daily basis.
4. Assist in inventory control.
5. Responsible for daily receipts and bank statements.
6. Courteous, customer service oriented attitude.
7. Maintain customer files.
8. Maintain and order office supplies.
9. End of day paperwork, to include all summary reports.
10. Perform other admin duties as required.
11. Assist in office management.
