POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Rapidly Expanding Contemporary Women's Apparel Company located in New York, NY is seeking a Customer Service / EDI Operations Coordinator. The Position will involve Processing Orders, Client Relations, Bookkeeping and Shipping /Logistics related Responsibilities. This position requires a candidate who is HIGHLY ORGANIZED and DETAIL ORIENTED.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entering and Processing Customer Orders
Managing EDI Outbound and Processing ASNs and Invoices for EDI Accounts
Maintaining an Open Line of Communication with Customers via Phone and Email
Updating Shipping Reports Daily
Monitoring Ship Windows and Order Activity Daily
Managing Accounts Receivables
Maintaining Inventory
Working with Warehouse to Process Shipments in Compliance with Customer Routing and Shipping Guides

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be Resourceful and HIGHLY Detail Oriented
College Degree Required
Microsoft Office -- with Strong Excel Skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks is Preferred
Must Possess Ability to effectively Manage Multiple Projects / Self-Motivated
