Global Holding Company looking for Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant for Upper East Side Townhouse Office!
This is the financial end of the business. Candidates must be experienced with VIP's, heavy call volume, and have 3-5 years of experience as an EA to C-Level Executives. They should also be comfortable arranging travel plans & car services, and taking business & personal phone calls.
Flexible hours and a college degree are a MUST. This is a very important role with the firm, in a fast paced environment and they will want someone that has supported very high level people, and that has a very high level of professionalism, & discretion.
This is an OVERNIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 12am - 8am 3 weekdays, and 1 weekend day on overtime pay. Hours might shift to 4pm - 12am for some days, so ABSOLUTE FLEXABILITY IS A MUST.

Required for Candidacy:
4-Year Degree from Accredited College/University
3-5 Years of EA Experience in C-Level Suites, 5* Hospitality Exp. also considered.
Experienced with multi-line phones, scheduling travel plans, & arranging car service.
