Administra?tive Assistant (Jackson Heights)
Looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant in a Real Estate office in (Northwest Queens)that can work evenings as well as Saturday and Sundays. 15-20 hours a week (can turn into full time)

Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments of clients and sales representatives
- Data entry
- Maintain customer and sales database
- Prepare various memos, spreadsheets and documentation using MS Office tools
- Provide routine administrative duties such as filing, maintaining office supplies, and processing mail
- Handle telephone calls and respond to information requests
- Spanish speaking preferred
-MUST be responsible and reliable
-MUST be positive
- car and driver license are a plus
