Provides administrative support to a general contracting company.

Functional Responsibilities:
Performs receptionist duties.
Greets and directs visitors as they come into the office.
Answers and directs phone calls.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications:.
1-year + of clerical experience.
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
