The Administrative Manager will assist, as well as supervise, the 4 person administrative and reception staff with clerical and reception duties in our Core and Retail division of the company's business. The position is located in midtown NYC. Hours are Monday- Friday 9-6pm.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assist with reception duties
Respond to client emails and web inquiries relating to the purchasing of pre-owned jewelry
Create new client vendors, purchase orders and issuing checks to clients on a daily basis in compliance with directives
Create/manage client appointments for both database and office calendar
Report daily Activity Reports and Check Register and other reports as assigned


Bachelors degree
Five years of admin experience in a in luxury goods industry or consumer goods industry preferred with two years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
Customer service and administrative experience desired
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relationships both internally and externally
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
