Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accept, sort and distribute all incoming mails, including inter-office mails, newspapers, and/or packages in accordance to departmental procedures.
Prepare and ship urgent shipments via UPS, USPS and/or messenger as requested.
Prepare and process all outgoing first class, certified and/or registered mail.
Maintain and organize an orderly mail room.
Operate various mail room equipment.
Provide light facilities duties; such as, changing light bulbs, etc.
Ensure that printer stations, copiers, fax machines, and other office equipment are well kept.
Maintain the cleanliness of the conference room.
Assist with set-up and cleanup of each sales meeting.
Order, maintain, and restock inventory of office supplies throughout the office.
Complete copy projects in a timely manner.
Back up to the Administrative Assistant as needed.
Clean and prepare desks for departing or arriving agents.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma required; may consider candidates without a diploma given applicable work experience.
2+ years of Mailroom experience is required in a customer service focused environment.
Experience with postal and copy equipment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Availability for after-hours support as needed.
Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, walk, and lift & carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
Proven ability to work independently with little direction to achieve accomplishments.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and Agents.
Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
