QnA Tech is an IT Value added Reseller that is looking for a part-time responsible, self-efficient, hardworking candidate to assist in day to day administrative duties.

Job Duties:

-Maintain filing system
-Answer office phones and route calls to appropriate staff
-Purchase, copy, print and organize bid documents
-Assist in development of bid packages
-Assist in maintenance of service department schedules and invoicing
-Generate and track service contracts
-Pursue aged accounts receivable

Basic Requirements:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Positive attitude
-Flexibility in work duties
-Reliability and punctuality
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including word and excel)
