In need of an office assistant to start ASAP that meet the following


- Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients on a professional level.
- Self motivated
- Responsible and reliable.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MUST KNOW QuickBooks)
- Ability to perform self-directed work in a small office environment

Job Duties will include but not limited to the following;
- Schedule clients.
- Follow up with customers
- Report to manager any problems.
- Communicate with workers on field.
- Input receipts and customer information into QuickBooks.
- Work under general supervision
- File documents appropriately
- Process service requests
- Prepare all reporting information and submits these reports on a timely basis, as requested
