A bachelors degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of HR experience with a proven track record in all areas of employee relations, recruitment and performance management.A concentration in Human Resources Management is preferred and HR certification is a plus.You will need a proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS is a must - ADP Enterprise is preferred.Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are required.We expect that this position will require up to 15% local travel.
