We are a restaurant that thrives on change. Every season we change our menus, seasonally, and collectively develop menus from different regions of the world each time, and we want you to enjoy this wildly adaptive and creative process with us. This is your chance to show off what you might not be able to do where you're at today.
Energy, experience and ability to take part in creative decisions for the well being of the restaurant a must. This is a very busy, high energy establishment, year round, as well as being an extremely reputable business. Your greatest asset will first be to handle delicate menu items at a high level of volume, then to establish yourself as a significant member of a team that is always looking for ways to improve, and ultimately expand.
Be adaptable, carry great communication and organizational skills, and most of all, be ready to contribute immediately. This is that next step for you. It's where you can acquire the freedom as a chef you've been waiting for and also allow you the chance to make immediate impact. Respectfully, we are not looking for a line cook as much as we are someone who can take control if given the chance. We are looking for someone who is either waiting to take the next step in their careers, looking to get out of an unhealthy place and wants to gain stability, or a chef that believes their talent is being held back and wants to be in a great area of the shoreline. There is great potential here. We are already fully staffed and very talented, we just need to bolster up our staff more notch before the inevitable growth demands us to do so.
