Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham is now hiring for Part Time Guest Service Agents!!

Responsibilities:
Greet all incoming and outgoing guests with enthusiastic customer service.
Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments.
Responsible for capturing sales through reservations and sales inquiries.
Coordinates front office activities to assure that guest service standards are consistently met and the optimum number of rooms occupied.
Handle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals and guest concerns.
Offer referrals for services and handle requests for information.
Assist with the check in and check out of groups and tours; including collecting payment.
Assist other departments as required.

Knowledge, skills, and ability requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (Minimum - 18yrs of age or older)
Work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive and Professional Attitude.
Good organization and time management.
Previous experience in Customer Service is necessary.
Prior experience preferred but is not required.
Cash handling experience.

Must be available all Weekends and Holidays.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25pounds, bending and reaching.
