I currently reside in New York, but am relocating to South Carolina in November and will be in need of full time work. If we are a good match and your company is only providing part-time, please understand I will need to find another part-time job to ensure a comfortable living, so scheduling hours might have to be flexible at first. I have worked as an Assistant for a CPA firm for 12 years. It's a small firm, but with a large clientele, so I've learned how to multitask and work well under busy conditions. I've developed a great rapport with all of our clients. I have exceptional customer service skills. And I have no problem meeting any deadline. I have about 15 years experience in an office environment overall and promise that I have what it takes to help your company thrive! I am a fast learner and feel that with any unfamiliar programs a new office might possess, I know I can and will learn what is needed.

(Administrative Assistant/Front Desk) ~ Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering a multi-line phone system, setting appointments in-house and outside the office, assist with any requests by the owner, as well as any one of the ten accountants and bookkeepers, processing all income tax returns, inputting of checks (in QB) and general data entry when needed, preparing invoices, typing letters/memos @ 45+wpm, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, emailing, maintaining supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail/FedEx packages, accounts receivable collections, running thru credit cards for payment, and any/other clerical duties. I am familiar with Lacerte (income tax program), Windows based software experience, basic functions of QuickBooks and overall am computer literate.
