Atlanta based full-service property management company has an immediate opening for an experienced, customer service oriented and financial/business savvy Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operational and financial success of a multi-family property in Auburn, Alabama.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and improve the overall financial performance of the property by achieving the annual operating budget and monitoring expense controls while maintaining the company's performance and operational standards
Achieve income and expense benchmarks, rent increases and other financial and operational strategies, tenant retention and satisfaction goals, etc.
Ensure that the appearance and physical condition of the property meets or exceeds company standards
Implement and monitor capital improvement plans, deferred maintenance, revenue plans, expense controls, delinquencies, etc.
Create and manage a positive, stable and safe work environment where employees are trained, valued and given the resources to succeed
Manage staff performance through on-going feedback, performance reviews, corrective measures and hiring/termination
Get in front of negative trends, maintain an in-depth knowledge of the market, market rents and market trends
Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Assure all Fair Housing regulations are being met
Be a leader by example of professionalism, focus, effort and emphasis on customer service

Requirements:

Property Management Software Experience Required: Yardi Voyager

Property Management: Minimum 3 years of multi-family assistant/property management experience preferred. Stable work history and excellent professional references

College Education: College degree in business, finance, marketing or related field is preferred.

Software Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
