All bills paid except for PPV cable movies.
Owner occupied is renting 3 other rooms. 1 room currently available.
Owner is meticulous about keeping house CLEAN. There are written rules. All over the house.
Owner looking for you to not drink more than Owner. Occasional drinking is acceptable.
Owner looking for conservative setting. Definitely no drugs or illegal activities.
Owner understands only 2 rules. 1) I am right. 2) You are wrong. Get used to it.
Owner likes to vacuum for 2 to 3 hours on weekends, even when you are sleeping. Even on tile floor.
Owner is very concerned with utility bills. Expect your room to range from 78 to 82 degrees.
Owner is very particular how things are done, so do expect a lesson every so often both verbal and written. Remember the 2 rules.
Owner does not expected to treat you as tenants, but merely as children, who need to be told.
Owner resides in the living room, early in the morning to late at night. Enjoy staying in your room.
Owner does not engage in any conversation unless it is about you being schooled. Owner knows it all.
Owner reserves the right to rearrange & swap anything in your room, especially the furnished furniture.
Owner collects furniture, 2nd hand and recycles it among the 3 rented rooms, each room rotating.
Owner owns house so owner makes the rules. Get used to it.
Owner has small dog. You may be expected to feed him and let him out.
Owner does not need to be cheerful, friendly, or accommodating. Get used to it.
Owner may appear friendly at first appearance. Don't get used to it. It is an act.
Owner does not have healthy relationship with neighbors. Don't be surprise if neighbors occupy all sidewalk space, forcing you to park far away. It's a long story and history. Get used to it.
Owner is lenient if you have bad credit because owner needs desperate tenants who have no options.
Owner will check your background and expects you to sign lease without you doing the same.

Owner reserves the right for you to not to talk candidly with current tenants until lease is signed.
Owner believes you are not bright enough to read past the early stages of being "friendly" to figure things out and what lies ahead of you.
