World Congress is seeking a HTML/CSS/Web Designer to be a valuable contributor to our in house web team. You will create HTML emails and newsletters, perform web site content updates, create and manipulate graphics and assist with web development tasks. In this role, the HTML/CSS/Web Designer will work closely with the web development and marketing teams to enhance and maintain the web presence and email marketing efforts of World Congress.

Responsibilities:

?Work with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver on a daily basis
?Update website content through Content Management System
?Develop all HTML and XML coding for email campaigns and landing pages
?Develop the setup of personalized emails, troubleshooting and editing code using HTML, CSS
?Create HTML emails and newsletters
?Create and modify graphic files for use in emails and on the web site
?Assist the marketing and web development teams on a daily basis

Qualifications:

* 1 - 2 years of hand-coding HTML and CSS
* Familiarity with Dreamweaver desirable
* Knowledge of HTML coding standards and best practices for HTML emails
* Understanding of web design concepts
* Experience with style sheets and CSS coding
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphics programs
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
* Attention to detail and well organized
* Associates Degree or equivalent experience (degree not required)

Additional Experience a Plus (not necessary)

* Experience coding in ColdFusion or other scripting language
* Experience with SQL or other database applications
