For over 32 years Addleman Chiropractic Clinic in East Wenatchee has been one of the leading chiropractic offices in the Wenatchee Valley. We are looking for a dynamic, service oriented person to join our team as a full time front desk receptionist/chiropractic assistant. No previous employment in a chiropractic office is required. We will train the right candidate! We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, outgoing and a caring "people person" and would be excited to begin a long term career in our buy multi Doctor office.

Job Objectives:
We are looking for the right person that is extremely detailed oriented, a self-directed and a quick learner. You must have a passion for serving others of all ages and situations toward better health. We also want you to be committed to your own healthy lifestyle and strive to be healthy in mind-body & spirit. You must be dependable, timely and have good transportation. Customer service and providing the best possible care and experience for our patient's is a critical role of this position. Our receptionist will be the first voice, first face and give the first impression of our practice. You must have a friendly, warm and outgoing attitude. In addition, our receptionist will be the last person to see our patient's, so leaving a lasting positive impression is essential. You must be willing to learn and be available to attend educational opportunities provided.

Job entails multi-tasking or "juggling" many things at the same time. As important as the people side of the position is, the clerical side of scheduling patient's, asking for payments, doing patient & insurance billing, record keeping and correspondence are a vital role. This requires organization skills, attention to detail and exactness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: [full description provided upon interview]
Clinic receptionist - with a good strong and clear phone voice. Effective communicator.
Schedule, register and sign-out patient's utilizing computer system
Patient correspondence, referrals and recalls
Insurance verification and communications
Accounts Receivable -- patient and insurance billing
Account Collections -- past due accounts
Computer data entry, posting and scanning documents
Patient file management
Light office cleaning and disinfection
Willing to help with marketing in and outside events
Work as a team with both Doctors and our staff
Maintain strict confidentiality
Able to prioritize responsibilities and work load

Educational/Experience & Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Past experience working in a Chiropractic office or other health care office a plus but not necessary.
Physical dexterity and mobility. Good hearing and vision.
Good speech and articulation -- Spanish a plus

Employment:
Full time 40+ hours per week & able to start immediately. [Will be trained by existing person leaving area] Monday -- Friday with an occasional Weekend for educational training or special event. Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday & Friday 8:00-5:30 [we quit with the last patient, not by the clock, so must be willing and somewhat flexible] Thursday 8:00-12:00 [Dr. out of office -- complete paperwork, billing and office cleaning/sanitation]

All major holidays paid as taken by Doctor. Vacation leave available and paid after one year. Sick leave and personal leave days provided with bonus pay for unused days accrued.
Salary: DOE competitive in market. Hourly to begin training then Salary.
