The Director of Plant/Environmental Operations is responsible for the operational oversight of Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Transportation at the Good Samaritan Village Campus. This position also holds the position of Safety Officer. The successful incumbent will be able to handle multiple projects/priorities while providing management and leadership to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
An Associate's degree in Management, Health administration, Facilities Management, or related is required, along with 5 years of experience on a facilities management-related field. Highly relevant professional level work experience may be substituted for AA/AS. Certification in the areas of Safety, Engineering, or Security is a strong plus.
Incumbent must be able to serve on an "on call" basis and report to the facility in a timely manner in the event of an emergency.
