Rib City, a family style, full service corporate restaurant chain is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for the location in SOUTH VENICE. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Cooking on the Line, Smoking Meats, Prepping and Dishwashing.

At least 3 years of full service restaurant kitchen experience is a MUST! Barbecue experience a PLUS.

This Position includes NIGHT & WEEKEND SHIFTS, so open availability is a must. Opportunity for advancement for the proper candidate.
