Local Alarm Company is seeking a full time Fire Alarm Sales Rep. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail oriented individual to develop new install and service contracts for fire alarm and life safety equipment. Position will require on site visits with new and existing customers. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced, challenging, and ever-changing environment in which to prove their abilities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following skill set:

Excellent Computer Skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt, and meet deadlines
Highly Detail and Goal oriented
Exemplified professionalism in regard to confidential information
Friendly disposition and calm demeanor
Direct industry experience a MUST

Strong Plusses include:

Cold call and schedule meetings with new clients, property managers and facility managers
Must be self motivated and work with minimal supervision
Must have relentless follow up abilities
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to provide reports to management
Must have the ability to self generate sales leads
2-3 years experience in similar role but not required
Clean driving record and the willingness to travel
Technology based background or experience in a construction related field but not required
