We are looking for an experienced chef/cook for the best French bakery in the south.
Duties will include making all dough's, mousses, and pastries from scratch. Omelettes,and lunch items such as salads and sandwiches. Must have good knife skills, will test during interview.
We seek someone who possesses a passion and talent for food, with a keen eye for detail, and a desire to gain/expand experience.
Applicants must be organized, able to multitask, work quickly and have a flexible schedule to work early mornings starting at 7am and also be available on the weekends.
Culinary experience is a must, and experience in pastries/baking will be looked highly upon.
