We are seeking a Lead Line Cook or Jr. Sous Chef for our new Farm to Table Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have experience with locally sourced meats, and organic produce and a seasonally changing kitchen. Butchering skills and a love for meat, poultry and wild game a must.
Must be highly creative utilizing locally sourced products and quality ingredients for a seasonal market-driven menu.
-Must have high standards and a great palate
executing dishes in an open kitchen.
-Must have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef in notable restaurants.
-Should be natural leader with a respect towards collaboration between the front and back of house.
