Position Summary: This position provides day-to-day support to the Accounts Manager and overall operations. Candidate must be cheerful, articulate, hardworking, and must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Coordinate all aspects of recruiting, selection and hiring of new employees; tracking and monitoring, develop public relations to improve recruiting and retention effectiveness; performing special projects; preparing and submitting reports; building sourcing strategies; providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with clients and GPS leadership to ensure all staffing goals are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using news groups and job sites.
-Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants (daily) on consistent set of qualifications
-Experience with the staffing industry is a must
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Assist with maintaining and updating employee information
-Assist with maintaining a pool of quality candidates
-Assist with setting interview appointments, sorting, filing, and making copies
-Assist with new hire orientations
-Possess excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
-Prioritize meeting tight deadlines while keeping an eye on details
-Experience working in a team environment with a strong client focus
-Conduct on-site visits at various client sites
-Provide on-going administrative support
-Provide on-call support
-Other duties as necessary

Computer Skills: Must be computer savvy proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) proficient use of online meeting programs. Previous internet experience with job boards, job posting and networking.

Education and/or Experience
High School or equivalent education (minimum)
1-2 Years related experience preferred
