Medical apparel manufacturer has an immediate need for a Customer Care Assistant.

Job Duties include:

1.Enter PO's received from customer into AX and prepare internal customer order sheet for the PO (if needed). Distribute to appropriate staff.

2.Check with operations on PO's received and, if delivery date is achievable, confirm delivery date with customer.

3.Requests extensions from customer if a problem arises and unable to meet delivery date.

4.Answers any inquiries from customer as to status of PO, if any changes need to be made to the PO, etc.

5.Notifies customer their PO has shipped and send packing slips with tracking details if required.

6.Handles customer claims regarding damages/loss/or incorrect shipments.

7.Maintain customer PO files (must be kept 7 years).

8.Maintain shipping accuracy report.

9.Sends out annual customer satisfaction surveys.

10.Sends samples to customers as requested.

11.Maintains tracking information for samples sent out.

12.Orders samples for development as needed.

13.Attends weekly planning meetings, takes minutes and distribute.

14.Maintain ISO documents/documentation for customer relations.

15.Any other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. General office skills including proficiency with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), email (Outlook), filing, composing correspondence and detail tracking. Able to work with deadlines. Experience in customer relations.
