IT'S YOUR PARTY, a Madison based Special Events & Entertainment company, has an immediate opening for a Staffing/Recruitment Coordinator.

Our Staffing Coordinator has taken another position at our company and needs to find a skilled successor. If you are confident, motivated, experienced and ready to take the reins of this very important position, we invite you to bring your skills.

This is a full time position responsible for cultivating, managing and retaining an ongoing pool of 150+ reliable staff (seasonal, part time and as needed) to work games and activities for year-round events including holiday parties, casino nights, team building programs, summer picnics and miscellaneous event projects; recruiting, training and scheduling staff, preparing job assignments, overseeing payment of staff; and troubleshooting at events.
The Staffing Coordinator must be self-directed and able to work autonomously as well as integrating with the rest of the team; perform well and multi-task under pressure and stay cool and efficient with time sensitive situations; be open to constructive suggestions & exhibit a strong attention to detail. Above all, our company seeks a positive and enthusiastic creative thinker who enjoys working with people; who can handle stress as well as the challenge of recruiting and maintaining quality staff, and who takes responsibility for their own actions.

With the unique demands of the Special Events industry, evening and weekend hours are required during peak holiday and summer seasons.

Computer proficiency required and college education/management training a plus. Benefits & competitive salary included.
