Two positions available. Potential technicians should be well trained in soft wash procedure, have good knowledge of chemical handling, be experienced with using, cleaning, and maintaining the equipment you'll be using. Each truck is equipped with a 13hp Honda and CAT 4gpm 4000psi pump, 300ft high pressure hose, 20" surface cleaner, 150 garden hose, one 24ft extension ladder, 4gpm Shurflo electric applicator pump, 300ft poly hose, wand extensions, two 40gal chemical tanks, one 300gal chemical tank, one 2gal pump sprayer, as well as the standard high and low pressure soft wash spray tips. On board tools and cleaning supplies are also in each truck, technicians responsible for keeping the vehicle and equipment clean, and to report any issues immediately.
Experienced roof cleaning technician to be responsible for cleaning and chemically maintaining shingle and tile roofs. Year round commercial work requires experience with surface cleaner use and maintenance, minor gum removal, ability to work in extremely hot or cold conditions, no fear of heights or ladders, and responsible work ethic in order to complete jobs in a timely manner.
You will be handling residential, commercial, and industrial accounts and must pay strong attention to detail.
Must have a clean Florida driver's license, must also pass a background check and drug screen.
Work hours are 8am to 5pm (this varies per job, and each lead technician is guaranteed a minimum of 40hrs per week) Monday through Thursday, 8am to 3pm Fridays, optional Saturdays (hours varied). This is a full time position, paid overtime, benefits, steady work, year round pay, paid vacation, sick days, bonuses, and room to advance. Pay is based on experience, normal pay is $15 per hour, avg. starting pay $12.
