We supply product to automotive retailers. We are a growing company with a need for a multi talented experienced administrative assistant that is willing to devote time performing light duties in the warehouse until the administrative duties outweigh the need to help in the warehouse. We are looking for a professional, energetic, trustworthy, hard working individual to join our company as we build our team. We have a great product and our business is growing. We need an individual looking for growth and stability. We need someone to oversee the office while the Operations Manager is travelling. This position is a critical component to our success. IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?
Must have Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook along with any type of SAP (MAS) system software. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment performing administrative duties such as answering and directing phones, preparing spreadsheets, invoicing, light accounts payables, post office etc. Must be highly organized. Must be willing to work in the warehouse (roughly 50% of the time) testing light assemblies, making boxes and helping with shipping and receiving. There is no heavy lifting required. As our company grows eventually you will no longer be required to work in the warehouse.
