My roommate and I are both moving and have to break our lease. With this said, we are trying to find someone to hand the lease over to. We would like to vacate the unit by MID SEPTEMBER. The current lease goes through April 2016. This is for a unit on the 7th Floor of the 515 Clarkson building managed by Redpeak Properties.
This unit has some fabulous views that both my roommate and I will both miss. It faces North and West with views of the city and the mountains. The balcony is very spacious too!
Unit is roughly 950 SF. 1 Bedroom is approximately 11'x 11' with a spacious closet and the Master Bedroom is 11'x14' with a walk-through closet that leads into the master bath.
The apartment is in good shape and we would pay to have the place professionally cleaned before leaving. There is carpet throughout the place except for the entryway, kitchen and bathrooms. There is also an exposed brick fireplace that you are allowed to use at your convenience, which is great for the winter.
The complex itself offers a dog wash room in the basement along with a pay to use laundry room. There is underground parking as well as above ground parking that you can pay additional for. The community room was renovated along with the entire first floor as of February 2015. Indoor Pool with large overhead garage doors that open up to the outside lounge with a firepit and grill.

This is a great apartment at a great price for the area it is located.
