Looking for a Customer Loyalty Specialist for our busy service department who can answer our phones quickly and efficiently. Who can also make out bound calls for future appointments.
Qualified candidates must possess extremely strong organizational skills, be professional and well-spoken via phone, thrive in a fast paced environment, possess strong customer service skills, handle high call volume, be self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Qualifications:
Positive Attitude
Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
Knowledge of Automotive Industry preferred but not required
Customer Service experience preferred
Ability to work with others in a fast paced environment
Good Verbal and Communication Skills
Must have patience in dealing with different issues as them come up
