We are currently accepting resumes for a Full-Time Customer Service/Warranty Representative at our new Chino Office.
Answer inbound customer phone calls
Catalogue vehicle delivery packets and scan all contents to operating system, ensure every vehicle is delivered with proper documentation
Complete customer satisfaction surveys based on communication with customers,
Assist with developing customer service reports to assist with improving company support,
Provide customers with detailed information on company's various bus warranties and services;
Speak to different customers to help with any basic questions pertaining to vehicle delivery
Provide clerical support to customer service manager; data entry and reporting.
Following up with all customer requests, and providing detailed notes in the system to track all work done.
Updating all customer information in various databases.
Other duties related to the daily operations, as assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Experience with bus or automotive dealership customer service strongly preferred
Warranty experience helpful2+ experience in a customer service & data entry setting
Able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, both orally and in writing
Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions, letter correspondence, forms, maintenance and use of all related office equipment (computer, fax, copier, scanner) and its manuals
Proficient in Microsoft XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer
Proficient with computer data processing and reporting, typing 40+ wpm
Ability to multi-task and succeed in a high stress and ever-changing environment
