We currently have an opening for a Software Trainer for real estate agents and loan officers.The individual must be extremely organized, able to multitask, and have an extreme eye for detail. The qualified candidate will be tech savvy in order to train subscribers, customer platforms, and account information.
- Deliver training in sessions use of Big Purple Dot software platform.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Train/facilitate in interactive style using a variety of formats
- Assist in customer account setup to create a fully customized feel
- Field and resolve subscriber requests and complaints
Requirements (education, skills, licenses)
- Experience as a Trainer or in customer service
- Computer literate with preference given to experience with MS Office and Google
- Reliable source of transportation
- Knowledge of real estate preferred
