Must be computer literate and type at least 50 wpm.
Excellent English Communication skills and a courteous voice

Ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer service issues
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through
Minimum 1 year experience in inbound customer service call center
Positive attitude and commitment to continual improvement.
