Safety Supervisor job description:
A safety supervisors responsibilities are to go to our potential clients sites, observe their facility and make a decision whether or not it's safe enough to staff our employees there. You will do a safety walkthrough, provide recommendations, and observe the job duties that our employees will be performing. Communication is key and keeping a good, professional relationship with our clients makes us that much more successful. Safety is #1 to BARON HR and we assist our clients with safety training they may need to make their facility as safe as possible. We provide safety meetings, assistance in OSHA information, suggestions on how to perform job duties safely and even forklift certifying employees. As a Safety Supervisor you will learn on how to fill out injury forms, provide guidance to our office staff on how to approach injuries and make sure our Branches are up to date with in-house safety meeting.
