A well established Call Center located in Miramar, is looking to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for their Inbound department to assist with Roadside Assistance. This is a Full-Time and Long Term position with growth potential. The ideal candidate will have a sunny disposition, willingness to help people and experience in customer service in a call center.

**Must be able to attend all 4 weeks of Paid Training**
2 weeks in Classroom: August 31st to September 11th - Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
2 weeks of On the Job: September 14th to September 25th - Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - 12:00am

**The shift after training: 3:30pm - 12am**

COMPENSATION:
$9.00 per hour during the 4 weeks of training
$10.50 per hour after training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - REQUIRED
Computer skills (35 wpm)
Patient, empathetic, good disposition.
Efficient call handling
Ability to multi-task
Reliable Transportation is Required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Outgoing person who likes to help people
Able to communicate effectively via telephone
Ability to problem-solve

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
