CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
1.Duties and Responsibilities:
a.Handling in bound calls, faxes, and e-mails relating to customers and prospects.
b.Assuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
c.Supporting retail branch office operations and promoting strong working relationships with customers, field personnel and corporate support staffs.
d.Understand and apply our business processes to your personal style.
a.Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred
b.Call Center experience -- 1 to 3 years
c.Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a Positive Attitude.
d.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
e.Detail oriented, problem solver.
f.Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
3.Education and Training:
a.Hands on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
4.Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
5.Immediate eligibility for 401K participation with eligibility for Medical and Dental coverage commencing after 90 days of employment.
