Panasonic Appliances Refrigeration Systems Corporation of America (aka PAPRSA), located in Otay Mesa, is looking for a Temporary Account Coordinator for our Customer Service department. The assignment is expected to last for approximately 8 weeks and will begin late August/early September

Responsibilities:
Process orders for finished goods and Service Parts
Communicate with customers (phone, email, etc)
Checking production
Frequent communication and follow-up with Shipping department
General office duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include:

2-3 years experience in an office setting
Customer service experience
Proven data entry skills
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using Retail Link is a plus
Experience with email system
SAP (or similar) software experience preferred
Ability to remain focused
Strong attention to detail required
High School diploma
Some college preferred
Excellent customer service skills
"No job too small" attitude
