Trade Risk Guaranty is seeking a full-time Client Experience Team Manager! We are a growing Bozeman company, and an industry-leader in the business of selling U.S. Customs-required insurance products directly to importers. This Team Manager position requires 5+ years of successful staff management and leadership experience in a professional office setting, preferably in a field of business with regulatory requirements. Our ideal candidate will possess a wide variety of hands-on skills, knowledge, and experiences from previous fast-paced, professional office management background. This individual must be self-motivated, flexible, focused, and able to quickly master the details of our complex industry, while providing oversight, management, development, and support to the Client Experience staff. This position is full-time, Monday -- Friday, with a starting salary of $40-- 45k DOE, and potential for future growth as duties increase.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to these broad duties:
- Management, supervision, and direction of Client Experience Staff; oversight and direction of workflow to provide exceptional client service and adherence to all TRG and regulatory requirements
- Rapid mastery of all facets of TRG's Client Experience roles, and assisting staff as needed
- Development of expert level of knowledge about TRG's products and processes, U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements, and related insurance regulations
- Training, implementing processes, and coaching staff to continual improvement including annual and other performance reviews
- Ensuring that all team members successfully and consistently provide a Peak Client Experience, one of TRG's Core Values, during each client interaction
- Overseeing employee scheduling for department; approving or denying time off requests, approving timecards as required by Payroll, etc.
- Coordinating with HR on employee-related issues
- Successfully collaborating with all other department managers and teams, and reporting as required to senior management

Requirements include but are not limited to:
- 5+ years staff management in busy, professional office environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively with staff, peer managers, and senior management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation, resourcefulness, and reliability
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Ability to schedule and flexibly manage rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to successfully manage multiple, ongoing tasks with varying deadlines
- Ability and willingness to continue to expand knowledge of field
- Previous experience working in business field with regulatory requirements is preferred
