We need excellent communicators, who thrive on solving problems and working in a team environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

A strong candidate will also have:
Excel Charts and macros
SharePoint knowledge

Job Duties:
Assist managers with office operations including schedules and planning (20%)
Coordinate preparation of budgets
Travel reservations/planning
General office maintenance
oMail delivery
oMaintain printer supplies

Parts Management (40%)
Procuring parts from production, outside suppliers
oFigure out where parts are available
Tracking parts for upcoming builds to ensure parts arrive in timely manner
Order parts from outside job shops via SRM (prototype part)
Enter SRM PO's for services provided by suppliers
Sometimes I hand deliver parts to supplier if needed ASAP
Write ESO's to ship parts

Information Management (40%)
Maintain SharePoint site permissions and access
Modify and update existing SharePoint pages
Enter data and manage files as requested

(Training and support will be provided for SharePoint as needed)
Additional Duties:
Learn new things as they come up in dept.
Assist engineering in whatever capacity required to keep things
