This is an wonderful violin made in GERMANY, by a highly respected GERMAN maker ALOIS REIDL in 1999, and imported by Howard Core. This is certainly a fine instrument, and shows the craftsmanship of a true Master Maker using only very choice Europian materials - European Spruce Top, and European Maple Back (No Chines Materials used).

I ordered this violin and bow from Howard Core in 1999, and my daughter played it in her Jr & Sr years with her high school orchestra, and then while in collage. She played it as a guest in Carnegie Hall, London, Paris, and on several other countries. She no longer plays this violin and wants to put it in the hands of another deserving advanced student.

This is an AGED violin that has a wonderful matured tone.

Comes with a case and a very nice silver mounted bow.

Todays equivalent would be ~$2200 - I'm asking $800, but you're welcome to make an offer.
