Here are the basics...
* Serving 1500-2500 people/day by 8am
* Hours 4am-12:00pm
* Monday-Friday only, no weekends
* 5+ years cooking experience required
In our commissary kitchen, everybody works together in a happy, team environment where you'll be expected to learn it all. We juggle 14+ entrees for 2500 people in 12 ovens each day - are you willing to learn how? We're willing to teach the right candidate.
