Customer Service Representative needed for food processing company located in Pasco, WA. Duties include processing orders, expediting and coordinating flow of work within or between internal departments, and reviewing agreements or proposed agreements for conformity to company rates, rules, and regulations.

Essential Functions
Operate inventory control software and spreadsheet applications.
Monitor production orders and expedite delivery per customer
Serve as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, and shipping personnel on production orders. ??
Receive, code, and process new customer orders and change orders.
Coordinate shipping releases. ?
Prepare all documents for domestic and international shipments including pro-forma invoices, letter of credit and certifications. ?
Coordinate traffic requirements, tracks shipments, provides proof-of-delivery, and files freight bills.
Calculate, enter, print, verify, and distribute invoices. ?
Ensure proper billing of freight and special charges. ?
Evaluate incoming debits, investigate reasons cited, and match with appropriate internal documentation. ?
Issue credits per verified customer debits, internal management requests, or for billing error correction. ?
Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information or resolve customer disputes.
Maintain files of all documentation.

Preferred Education & Experience

Three to five years related experience and/or training in food industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Specific retail experience with customers highly desired.

Pay commensurate with experience.
