Win-River Resort & Casino is seeking to fill a Sous Chef position.

This team member, under limited direction, directly supervises the work of the Resort & Casino's culinary team and helps reach the goals established for the Food and Beverage Division. A minimum of five (5) years of food and beverage or hospitality experience is required and an culinary degree from an accredited culinary school is preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Assists the Executive Chef with daily administration and operation of the kitchen(s) that supply product to Elements Restaurant and other food and beverage outlets. Responsible for estimating food consumption of guests, placing orders with vendors, scheduling deliveries, evaluating product quality, and proper storage of inventory. Experience in the use of cooking utensils, which can include knives, is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.
