Call Center Sales & Technical Support Specialist Job Label: HUA_8_18_2015 Knoah Solutions ( ), an award winning and growing international BPO, is looking for responsible and energetic, contact center sales & technical support specialists for one of our key client programs in Las Vegas, NV. The center currently hosts projects in sales chat, third party verification, quality assurance and voice support for several Fortune 1000 companies. Core Responsibilities:Provide Sales and Tier 1 technical support for consumer electronic devices.Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems and complaints regarding products in a timely and accurate manner.Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting customer software applications.Initiate, update, track, and close tickets through work order system.Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, and technical support logs according to established procedures.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.Must be able to work overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills/Requirements:A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience.Adept knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows Phone operating system.Basic knowledge of Mobile Broadband and Bluetooth devices.Minimum of 1 year supporting customer applications via phone and email in a technical help desk environment.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents.Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.Solid work history.Experience using Windows and Internet computer applications on a routine basis.Ability to learn new software packages as necessary.Ability to handle confidential information.Bi-lingual (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin) a plus.Base hourly rate commensurate with experience and language skills. Must be flexible on shift times. This is a full-time position with health benefits. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check (criminal, credit and drug).
